BentoBox Consulting empowers founders and business owners to focus on scaling their business, building a thriving culture, and do what they know best.  We know how hard you work at creating a culture aligned with your values and principles, and how fragile that can be.  For your culture to take root and flourish, you need to find the right partners, tools and solutions that complement your culture, not hinder it. BentoBox’s extensive experience in the HR Outsourcing and Insurance industry, together with our personal experiences founding our own high growth start-ups, puts us in the unique position to intimately understand your perspective and deliver expert advice aligned with your vision.  BentoBox is a Founder's Representative, understanding your needs and your culture, helping get it right from the beginning, and guiding you as you scale.

The BentoBox team speaks "Founder".  We've founded companies, raised millions of dollars, and made all the bone headed mistakes we will help you avoid.  We cut our teeth in the insurance and HR world working for Fortune 500 companies cultivating a deep understanding of the tools and systems necessary to mitigate the risks associated with running a company, and freeing you from the time sucking administrative burdens that make you want to throw up.  We leverage our volume and group purchasing power to pass on economies of scale SMB's would not be able to receive on their own.  BentoBox act as a "Founder's Rep", protecting your time, and navigating on your behalf, the intricacies of insurance, PEO's, and tech stack options that can drive you mad.  Give us a call, you will be glad you did.

Meet Our Founder

Kris Roth

Kris Roth is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and advisor to various start-ups and entrepreneurs.  He is passionate about fanning the flames of the entrepreneurial spirit in everyone, and empowering those willing to take the leap with the right resources to succeed. 

He cut his teeth in the HR Outsourcing and Insurance industry with ADP TotalSource starting in 2003 where he rose quickly amongst the ranks to be in the top 1% of producers nationwide. He left ADP in 2011 to co-found his first start-up, The 86 Co., an award winning portfolio of spirits recognized as one of the fastest growing spirits companies in the US before being acquired by Brown-Forman.

Throughout the start-up community, he continued to see the pain that so many entrepreneurs went through trying to scale their businesses, while trying not to get tripped up when it came to compliance, employee benefits, vendor selection and the myriad of complexities outside their core competencies.  Seeing this massive need for a trusted advisor in this space, he started BentoBox Consulting to help founders gain clarity, peace of mind and the best solutions for their business.  His culture based approach to optimizing vendor fit for clients has proven to be a game changer in creating the synergies that optimize growth.
